Working alongside the Managing Director, Operations Director, Care Coordinator and Supervisors, you will help to ensure that they provide the best care possible to their clients.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services in line with CQC standards and industry best practice.
Main Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of branch operations ensuring high standards, efficiency and profitability.
Holding the CQC registration for the branch and ensure that it operates within CQC guidelines.
Be actively involved in recruitment and marketing strategies to support commercial growth.
Regularly review the operations of the branch to ensure that all customer and staff needs are met.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are kept up to date and implemented throughout business operations.
Support branch staff and carers with ongoing professional development.
