We are seeking a skilled Coffee Roaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of coffee roasting processes, a keen sense of taste for coffee profiling, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment, primarily our Petroncini Roaster, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Roast coffee beans according to established profiles.
  • Maintain detailed records of roasting profiles, volumes, and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in regular cupping sessions to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory of raw coffee beans and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and stock rotation.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a coffee roaster.
  • Good understanding of the roasting process, coffee beans, and flavor profiles.
  • Technical proficiency with coffee roasting machinery and maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
