The Role: As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in re-engaging pupils with their education and supporting them to manage their emotions and behaviour effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs. Implementing tailored behaviour management strategies.
