The role is needed for strategic overview and planning and development and support for the partners and the current management team.The list size is approximately 13,000patients.This is a part time role with the opportunity to work over 4/5 days. Thepartnersare forward-thinking andlooking for an exceptional leader with strong business management skills, particularly instrategic management, human resources HR,project management, public relations, financial planning, income generation and budgeting. The successful candidate will need to be able to work collaboratively with practice manager and the partners, as a group and individually, to develop and implement strategies. We are looking for a confident and resilient individual with excellent communication skills. It is essential that the new manager can ensure that the practice continues to run smoothly, exploring opportunities for collaborative working and income generation. We are open to change and looking to develop future systems and services, in addition to those already offered that support excellent patient care and continued financial viability. Previous NHS experience is essential; primary care management experience is desirable. Those without primary care experience will need to demonstrate transferable knowledge and skills.TPBN1_UKTJ
