based in Levenshulme, Manchester, is a trusted utilities, infrastructure and civils service provider, operating across the UK.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our existing team to expand the business further.

General duties include full end to end payroll processing across different areas of the business in line with UK payroll legislation to include the following :

  • Process new starters & leavers
  • Updating attendance records from timesheets.
  • Administration of statutory payments - SSP/SMP/SPP
  • RTI submissions
  • CIS Returns
  • Auto Enrolment.
  • Payment processing / payslip distribution.
  • Working with Finance to ensure payroll cost are costed correctly.
  • Completing of year end routines

.

Experience / Qualifications

  • End to end payroll experience (we are using Sage Payroll)
  • A knowledge of CIS would be an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office & excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be a team player yet be able to work on own initiative.
