Working closely with the AI Lead and the AI & Innovation Business Analyst you will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions champion responsible AI practices and help deliver measurable business value. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team driving innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Delivery:Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from opportunity identification and requirements gathering (in partnership with the Business Analyst) through design development testing deployment and ongoing monitoringCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing IT Sales Distribution Customer Service) to ensure solutions meet business needs and strategic objectivesTechnical Excellence:Apply best practices in AI development including robust testing version control and responsible AI implementationEnsure all solutions comply with data governance privacy and ethical standards working with the Business Analyst and AI Lead to uphold regulatory requirementsBusiness Value Measurement:Build solutions that drive efficiency unlock insights and create measurable business impactSupport the definition and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) for AI projects in collaboration with the Business AnalystChange Management & Adoption:Champion the adoption of new AI solutions across the business supporting training and transition activities to maximise user engagement and business impactFacilitate change management and ensure successful implementation in partnership with the Business AnalystContinuous Improvement:Contribute to a culture of experimentation continuous improvement and learning within the AI & Innovation teamShare knowledge and best practices across roles to foster team developmentProduction Support:Monitor AI solutions in production analyse performance and investigate root causes of issues to ensure ongoing reliability and effectivenessRequired Skills & CompetenciesProven experience delivering AI and innovation projects in a business contextStrong technical background in Data Science Machine Learning and AI (including LLMs agentic AI and decision intelligence systems)Proficiency in Python and experience with platforms such as Databricks OpenAI Github and Copilot StudioExperience with MLOps cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) and model evaluation/selectionExcellent communication skills able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving analytical and project management skillsDesirable Experience & QualificationsExperience in Life or Financial Services.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and service design.Familiarity with AI ethics regulatory requirements and responsible AI practicesCareer DevelopmentThis role offers opportunities for progression within the AI & Innovation team or the wider Life business.
