In this role, you’ll be the key link between our fleet sales team, customers, and internal departments — ensuring smooth processing of orders, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales operations and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you If you have a strong administrative skills we would love to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sales Manager and team with daily coordination of fleet sales activities. Manage end-to-end order processing, from quotation and contract preparation to delivery scheduling. Maintain accurate records of fleet sales, pricing, and customer details in CRM systems. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments (finance, logistics, registration, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management review. Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, and delivery documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to fleet clients. Assist in developing promotional materials, tender responses, and fleet proposals. RequirementsStrong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of automotive or logistics industry is an advantage.
