The Malloy Aeronautics Team:

Malloy Aeronautics Limited specializes in the development of heavy lift unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) for both civilian and military uses. Located in Berkshire, our operations are notable for their focus on in-house design and manufacturing. This vertical integration means we control the production of most aircraft components on-site, enhancing our ability to innovate and maintain high standards across all stages of development.

About The Role:

We are looking for an R&D technician who will work alongside the R&D team to build, test and assemble prototype drivetrains and vehicles.

Ideal experience includes some of the following: mechanical assembly, parts manufacture (manual and/or any CNC experience), basic soldering and crimping, testing mechanical and electronic systems, designing test procedures, experience working with electric motors, rotating machines, drones or other aircraft.

Your work will encompass a wide range of projects, from prototype to production, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with R&D engineers from various disciplines to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our UAVs.

Ability to hold Security Clearance - 5 years residence in the UK
