The Vacancy Job Title: General Maintenance Technician Location: Benton, Gosforth, Cramlington Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week Salary: £32,421.43 Overtime, Travel Time, 33 Days Holiday, Private Pension & Benefits - Including Private Health Care, Life Insurance, Employee Discounts Due to winning new business we have a fantastic opportunity for General Maintenance Technician’s to join our teams with local roles available on a national scale across the UK. The purpose of the role is to carry out general maintenance repairs on a reactive basis, including fabric, surfacing and pipework. Alongside the delivery of planned maintenance tasks on site to ensure the sites remain safe, legal and trading. The role is mobile covering various sites in a localised area, (this covers 4 to 5 sites varying types). We pride ourselves in completing all tasks to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with all Health and Safety legislation. Key Responsibilities: * Plan structured attendance to deliver key activity at each site, completing PPM and reactive jobs on time in full within agreed SLA’s * Attend and complete all works undertaken following the Health and Safety and Compliance guidelines clearly set out in each task sheet. * Clearly communicate with the Asda team all activity undertaken on site and be pro active in building strong relationships...
