We have moved into brand-new innovative offices in Leeds city centre right next to the train station last year and we currently have a great new opportunity for an Underwriting Team Leader to join our care team. (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home). The role is based within our renewals department as a Team Leader of the existing business focused underwriting teams. The successful candidate will be dealing with a wide variety of Care Social Welfare Charity and Not-for-Profit risks in addition to the day to day leading of the team.The team is well respected in the industry having built a strong reputation of which we take great pride. As the Team Leader you will lead and monitor all aspects of workflow within the team whilst ensuring that financial targets including GWP renewal retention cross and up-selling are achieved. Youll be pro-active building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally with our brokers.
