Procurement Administrator

CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our client based in Egham.

The successful Procurement Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Emailing orders to suppliers.
  • Following up with suppliers to check orders have been received and that all the details are captured correctly on order confirmations which will include:
    • Part number
    • Quantities
    • Pricing
    • Delivery dates
    • Delivery Address
    • Any other information vital for accurate processing
  • Tracking orders to Warehouse and third party addresses,
  • Dealing with enquiries from buyers, Project Managers/coordinators, Logistics and Warehousing teams.
  • Checking daily reports for tasks to include: orders placed, orders overdue and high priority order progress.
  • Manage invoice queries

The Procurement Administrator will have:

- Strong attention to detail

- IT skills

- Numerical
