Location: Rugby Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday Opportunities: Temp-to-Perm after just 12 weeks Day-to-Day Cover AvailableYour new setting You will be joining a welcoming and inclusive specialist school in Warwickshire that supports children and young people with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and communication difficulties. Your new role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with their learning and development in both classroom and one-to-one settings. Assist with personal care routines where required. Help implement individual education plans (IEPs). Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Assist with classroom activities and resources. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.What you'll need to succeed Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting. A patient, caring, and resilient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to adapt to different needs and situations.
