Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution and Commercial Delivery:

  • Support the execution of brand positioning and commercial strategies in collaboration with the Head of Design and Product Director.
  • Develop and implement detailed merchandising and pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales targets and market opportunities.
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Ensure that all product presentations and launches are executed efficiently, optimizing for market impact.

Product Assortment & Collection Delivery:

  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to execute collection development based on market needs and strategic goals.
  • Collect and analyse sales and market feedback to refine and improve product assortments, ensuring collections meet customer expectations and performance targets.
  • Ensure seamless handoff between product design and market launch, maintaining accountability for timelines and delivery milestones.

Marketing Coordination and Market Expansion:

  • Provide detailed briefs to marketing teams for new collection launches.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of product information to marketing and sales teams, focusing on consistent messaging and optimal storytelling.
  • Support the expansion into new markets by coordinating sales initiatives, product knowledge, and market-specific insights.

Leadership & Innovation:

  • Lead product briefings and training sessions to ensure the entire business is aligned on new collections and delivery timelines.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and launch execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive analysis, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand positioning.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product/brand management, preferably within the luxury accessories industry.
  • Strategic, analytical and delivery focused.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
