Group Account Director – Social Commerce agencyLondon (4 days in-office) | £85,000 + bonus + share options We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing social commerce businesses - helping consumer brands succeed on TikTok Shop and beyond. They combine creative, influencer, live shopping, and performance under one roof, managing everything from content and logistics to fulfilment and analytics. Having scaled quickly to 30+ people, they’re now looking for their first Account Director hire to bring structure, leadership, and commercial focus to a strong but growing client team. This is a pivotal role - the person who sets the tone for how Account Management matures as the business continues to expand. The OpportunityLead and develop a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers - setting direction, mentoring, and ensuring delivery excellence.Own performance across multiple brand accounts, driving ROI, client satisfaction, and commercial growth.Act as senior client partner - leading strategic conversations, solving challenges, and giving brands confidence in delivery.Create clarity and consistency as the team scales - introducing frameworks, processes, and smarter ways of working.Collaborate closely with leadership to shape how Account Management evolves across the agency What We’re Looking ForExperienced Account Director (or established Senior AM / SAD) from a digital, paid social, or eCommerce agency background.Confident managing senior client relationships and steering high-value accounts.Strong commercial mindset - comfortable with P&L ownership, forecasting, and ROI reporting.Track record of coaching and developing people, not just managing them.A structured, calm operator who brings maturity to fast-paced environments and thrives in scale-up culture.
