We are looking for a Regulatory Operations Associate to partner with our brand teams to assist in preparing and submitting promotional materials into client submission portals. You will support multiple brands with oversight and proactively manage any questions regarding submissions and workload.


Please notes, this is an administration/coordination role and does not sit within a regulatory department or team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background, or someone who is keen to develop their skills in this.


This is a brilliant role for someone who has strong planning, problem solving and organisational skills. You will have basic skills in Excel and other Microsoft programmes, and it would be a huge plus if you had some familiarity with medical terminology.


This is a fast-paced role and you will be working within a team where you will be given the opportunity to learn and grow in an established, experienced group of professionals.
