Court of Protection Paralegal - This national firm are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Paralegal to join its growing team and play a pivotal role in our success.


Title: Paralegal

Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £30,000

Previous Experience: Dealing with a CoP caseload at a recognised firm and Strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act


Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee earners with the preparation and submission of deputyship applications, statutory wills, and other Court of Protection documents.
  • Liaise with clients, their families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
  • Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, statements, and reports.
