About the Pupils: Our pupils all have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and primarily present with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or autism-related traits. Many also experience additional challenges, including: Speech, language and communication difficultiesSocial, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsSensory processing issuesAnxiety, demand avoidance, and emotional-based school avoidanceLearning difficulties including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) Role Overview: As an HLTA, you will support the teaching team by delivering tailored learning activities, leading small group or whole-class lessons when required, and providing specialist support to children with a range of needs.
