Sales Negotiator

Location: ManchesterSalary: Up to £25,000 basic, with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £28,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with weekend work on a rota basis (day back in lieu)

Are you a motivated Sales Negotiator with a passion for property and a knack for closing deals? We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and manage a diverse portfolio across the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and negotiate sales of properties within our diverse Manchester portfolio
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate, detailed information to potential buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Handle inquiries and provide expert advice on the property market
  • Prepare and present offers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in property or a related field
  • Valid sales license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work weekends on a rota basis (with a day back in lieu)
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
