The Role Oversee the QMS, maintaining ISO standards. Enhance internal procedures and standards, conducting cross-functional root cause analyses. Host regular Quality Governance meetings to uphold end-to-end quality ownership. Analyse quality data, track trends, and address deviations using statistical tools. Conduct audits across facilities and Customer Sites to uphold quality reputation. Optimise processes, collaborating to reduce defects and enhance efficiency. Implement quality control processes throughout production cycle, including material validation and inspection checks. Enforce non-conformance reporting, identifying and addressing potential issues. Audit suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. Who we're looking for Third level qualification in an Engineering related subject (Degree preferred, HNC minimum) 3+ years experience in Quality leadership role Experience with ISO9001:2015. Demonstrable working knowledge of best in class Quality management systems. Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, communicate, organise, and control daily workload.
