CRM & Email Marketing Executive

Starting asap - freelance for a year

Day rate: £200 - £250

Famous Entertainment Brand (4 days on site in London)

(Looking for experience in triggers, automated emails, email marketing.)


We are excited to be partnering with a worldwide entertainment brand who are looking for a CRM and email marketing exec to join them on-going for a year. You will be supporting the CRM Manager by developing, implementing, and maintaining essential eCRM projects and automated email campaigns.


Your key focus will be to help the business achieve critical objectives and you will play a pivotal role in delivering a variety of data-driven email communication projects that support these targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • eCRM Project Delivery
  • Plan and implement eCRM projects to meet short- and long-term goals the brand.
  • Scope out business requirements for dynamic, data-driven email campaigns and CRM-related digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Triggered Campaign Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of existing triggered email programmes, ensuring timely updates and enhancements through thorough briefing and asset management.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all triggers meet brand guidelines.
  • Plan, develop, and manage new email triggers, including copywriting, image sourcing, and trigger logic to create engaging, relevant campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and CRM Development
  • Foster strong relationships with the UK CRM team and wider stakeholders.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns and projects.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance CRM programmes, keeping them ahead of market trends.
  • Support CRM expansion into EMEA markets as needed.


Experience:

  • Proven experience managing data-driven email/CRM marketing projects in a large-scale, multi-national environment.
  • Expertise in delivering complex email campaigns, ideally using platforms like Salesforce, and familiarity with digital tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and independently while delivering to deadlines.
