Your Role


This role is perfect for someone with a passion for both web development and marketing. At the core, we’re looking for someone who has a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript and is looking to develop and apply their skills across a broad and interesting range of projects and platforms. 


You will be working on a variety of projects: from developing websites and ecommerce themes to developing and deploying marketing automations and campaigns across platforms programmatically.


If you have the raw skills and aptitude, we will guide and train you to deploy your skills across these platforms.


This is not a pure developer role; you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the projects and campaigns you create.


Platforms you can expect to work within include: Shopify, Klaviyo, Wordpress, Meta, Google, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-starting and curious and who will innovate to improve how we work.


Web & Ecommerce - Developing and deploying themes and components for Wordpress and Shopify sites. Taking projects from start to finish, including the deployment of assets supplied by creative and integration of these sites with the rest of our marketing technology stack.


Marketing Automation - Developing and deploying automated campaigns within platforms such as Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign and being responsible for the integration of these platforms across the technology stack. Developing beautiful, fluid emails and other elements as part of these automations.


Ads & Social - Working with creative and delivery to develop new automated or semi-automated solutions that allow us to deploy and manage complex digital campaigns effectively at scale.
