We are urgently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated and professional support to the Chief Executive and wider Senior Leadership Team, assisting with all aspects of professional life.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective working relationships with Directors, understanding their roles to provide specialised support.
  • Ensure high team representation through proactive advice, decision making, and prioritising.
  • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring efficient gatekeeping to maximize Senior leadership time and efficiency.
  • Handle enquiries, requests, and actions, using initiative to recommend the best solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and write reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of Senior lead.
  • Provide advice and support as requested by the Executive Support Team Manager and Senior leadership to colleagues and workstreams.
  • Assist senior in monitoring and progressing action points, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of papers.
  • Assist with management on specific projects as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A level or Level 3 in literacy and numeracy.
  • Level 3 in Business Administration.
  • Exceptional IT skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong EA skills at Director level and above.
  • Experience in utilizing information to develop solutions and solve problems.
  • Able to work independently.
