We are looking for a resourceful and client-focused Travel Solutions Expert to join our remote this role you will serve as a trusted advisor helping clients find the best travel solutions for their unique needs. Whether planning a romantic getaway a family vacation or a group adventure your goal is to simplify the travel process and create unforgettable experiences. If you have a passion for travel a problem-solving mindset and love helping people this is the perfect opportunity for you to work from anywhere while doing what you love Key Responsibilities: Consult with Clients: Understand each clients travel goals preferences and challenges to offer tailored travel recommendations. Design Solutions: Provide expert advice and design comprehensive travel packages that include accommodations flights transfers excursions and more. Booking Services: Manage all aspects of travel reservations using online booking tools and supplier systems. Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients offering support before during and after their trips. Maximize Value: Recommend upgrades travel insurance loyalty programs and bundled offers to enhance the clients experience and savings. Industry Knowledge: Keep up with travel regulations promotions supplier changes and destination updates to provide timely and relevant solutions. Client Relationships: Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up encouraging repeat business and referrals. Documentation: Maintain accurate booking records payment details and communication history. Qualifications: Previous experience in travel hospitality sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking systems and digital tools. Able to work independently in a remote environment.
