We are looking for a confident and organised People & Culture Business Partner to join our friendly values-led team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.In this role youll:Partner with services and leadership teams to deliver high-quality HR support.Provide advice on people management employment law and organisational change.Lead on strategic HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.Wed love to hear from you if you have:Experience in a People/HR Business Partner role.Experience of leading workforce planning discussions.
