Your focus will be…


  • Responsible for the coordination and production of tender offers to support the business Collaborate closely with preconstruction and construction teams.
  • Liaising with internal colleagues, planning, commercial, designers and project management to ensure a coordinated approach to the bid, understanding bid requirements and client expectations.
  • Organise, structure and format bid documents in adherence with established guidelines Leverage your graphic design expertise to create visually compelling proposal materials, including infographics, charts, images, and layouts.
  • Design and preparation of post-tender interviews and responses.
  • Review and meticulously proofread bid materials to guarantee accuracy, proper formatting and alignment with RFP instructions.
  • Ensure that all bid materials, both text and visuals, adhere to brand guidelines and uphold a consistent professional appearance.
  • Oversee the version control of bid documents, ensuring the use of the most up-to-date information.
  • Facilitate the production of final bid packages, curating comprehensive and polished submission materials.
  • Monitor bid submission deadlines and requirements to ensure strict compliance. Introduce fresh and innovative concepts to the team, while also assisting and encouraging others to contribute their own ideas.
  • Support others in proposals group at critical deadlines.


IT Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign
  • Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Wix or similar web building software
  • Understanding of Figma

  • Proven bid coordination experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail, coupled with a commitment to producing high-quality error-free work
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Familiarity with bid processes, procurement terminology and proposal structure
  • Capable to thrive under pressure
  • Knowledge of the construction industry - not mandatory BUT highly advantageous
