Macgregor Black are partnering with a Global Market Leading Consumer Electronics brand, on the search for a European Sales Director.


As Sales Director you will be responsible for leading, managing and growing sales in the UK and EU by forging and maintaining relationships with the largest retailers in the region and other key partners. The sales director will be working closely with the Marketing functions to develop lead-generation strategies, attend events and conferences to build relationships and accurately forecast and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the European and UK markets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels.
  • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and KPIs.

What are we looking for?


  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and account management.
  • Consumer electronics or wider CPG experience is essential.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales and metrics.
  • Familiar with Vender Portals.
  • Go-getter, able to navigate ambiguity.
  • Financial acumen: a good understanding of P&L management is necessary.
  • Ability to build and lead external solid customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
