Role Description:

As a Junior Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will intake cybersecurity related requests from internal and external entities that require triage, remediation, or escalation. This entry level position provides an opportunity for learning and growth in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity. If you are passionate about safeguarding digital environments and eager to build a career in cybersecurity, we invite you to join our team. This role will be Sunday - Thursday - 08:00 - 16:00

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls to assist with information security inquiries or issues.

• Document all interactions accurately for record-keeping and analysis.

• Follow established processes and guidelines to handle common issues.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex problems or escalate as necessary.

• Monitor assigned queues and work cases in an efficient and effective manner.

• Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes.

• Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
