You’ll lead field-level execution, champion new product launches, and ensure our brand shines on every shelf.What You’ll Be Doing🔹 Visiting key accounts daily to build trusted relationships and drive commercial conversations🔹 Managing your territory with a clear plan focused on growth and margin🔹 Ensuring range compliance, stock visibility, and promotional execution🔹 Leading new product launches with training, POS, and feedback🔹 Using Salesforce to track performance and share market insights🔹 Positioning Bostik as the #1 brand in your regionWhat We’re Looking For✅ Proven B2B sales experience (construction, adhesives, or industrial sectors preferred)✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills✅ Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute✅ Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office✅ Full UK driving licenceDesirable✨ Experience with distributors or channel partners✨ Technical understanding of adhesives or related products✨ Formal sales training or relevant qualifications✨ Awareness of sustainability in manufacturingWhy Join Us?At Bostik, we don’t just sell products—we build partnerships.
