Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company focused on providing treatments and services for patients with rare diseases. They are looking for a legal counsel to join their growing legal department.


Responsibilities:


  • Drafting, reviewing, advising, and supporting negotiations for contracts (incl. licence, distribution, manufacturing and supply agreements) to support worldwide operations.
  • Research and advise internal stakeholders on law and potential impact of new laws on the business.
  • Support the implementation of company policies, procedures and template documentation.
  • Assist with the provision of internal training for the wider business on general legal matters (e.g. GDPR & competition law).
  • Assist in company secretarial matters.


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (min. 2 years PQE).
  • Background/experience in life science industry (preferred).
  • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating wide range of contracts.
