Account Manager/Director - Ad Tech - up to £55K + bonus

The Company

Our client is a pioneering digital advertising company that specializes in programmatic solutions. They partner with leading advertisers and publishers to deliver innovative, data-driven advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including mobile and in-app environments. With a strong global presence, they are committed to providing privacy-focused and high-performing ad solutions that drive measurable results.

As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Account Management Director to lead key demand-side partnerships and drive long-term success for their clients in the programmatic advertising space.

The Job

As an Account Management Director, you will:

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key demand partners, ensuring strategic account growth and success.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, managing day-to-day interactions and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize account performance, resolve challenges, and enhance partner success.
  4. Lead strategic client meetings and quarterly business reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  5. Develop tailored solutions that align with client goals, providing consultative guidance to maximize their investment in programmatic advertising.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, and Supply teams to ensure seamless integration and a best-in-class partner experience.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

You

  1. 5+ years of experience in account management within programmatic advertising
  2. In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, ad exchanges, and mobile-based advertising platforms.
  3. A strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term solutions and execute data-driven initiatives.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data insights to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead high-level discussions and influence decision-making.
