As part of GNE organization is our Service and Moderation Team (SMT), who deliver Customer Service to our Buyers, and Selling Partner Support to our Sellers & Creators.

The Selling Partner Support (SPS) team are looking for a Graduate Regional Business Analyst who is responsible for supporting the metrics reporting system to help with business reviews and decision making. This position will provide key analytical, reporting, forecasting support for the group and will be responsible for developing reporting and variance analysis regarding weekly/monthly/bi-monthly statistics, provide support & recommendations regarding performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Gather, analyze, and report information related to the current support processes.
  2. Extend the data automated reporting solutions, and other proactive efforts that tie results to our overall business goals.
  3. Provide summary reports on various processes, including volume forecasting.
  4. Assist in development of key business suggestions and review documents including internal and external business reviews.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or above in 2023 or onwards. Preferably in data analytics, business management, business administration.
  2. Available to start in May 2025.
  3. Experience in business analysis and reporting management is preferred.
  4. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in European (ES/FR/DE/IT) languages is a plus due to high level of engagement with local stakeholders and specific local language data analysis.
  2. Fast learner, passionate about participating in business, and able to adapt to high intensity and fast growth work environment.
  3. Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
