Your new companyHays are delighted to be partnering with a public sector organisation based in St Andrews who are looking to appoint an HR Officer on a temporary basis.Your new roleIn this role you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support including administration for recruitment, onboarding, updating employee details, processing absences, updating policies, supporting with Hr Projects and providing first line HR advice to employees. This will be a temporary role for approximately 4-8 weeks to start as soon as possible. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be an experienced HR officer/administrator with excellent organisation skills and the ability to take initiative.
