Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and concerns and providing suitable solutions
  • Provide exceptional support via their ticket desk, addressing ongoing technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Deal with incoming support requests and manage tasks/projects with the development team
  • Ensure that a resolution is suitable and delivered within their service level agreements
  • Work closely with their development and marketing team to deliver top-notch support and solutions
  • Manage customer accounts, onboard new clients and generate monthly reports
  • Be able to troubleshoot issues, solution research and QA testing
  • Organise and attend meetings with clients (both in person and remotely) to provide updates and discuss new projects

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in working with Magento / Adobe Commerce (Back-End Admin) (2+ years)
  • Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong technical support skills with a client-focused approach
  • Teamwork abilities

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with Digital Marketing or Web Development
  • Magento Solution Specialist Certification
