About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Magento Support Specialist to join our team at 5MS. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and concerns and providing suitable solutions
  • Provide technical support via our ticket desk, addressing ongoing issues and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Work closely with our development and marketing team to deliver top-notch support and solutions
  • Manage customer accounts, onboard new clients, and generate monthly reports
  • Be able to troubleshoot issues, solution research, and QA testing
  • Organize and attend meetings with clients to provide updates and discuss new projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in working with Magento / Adobe Commerce (Back-End Admin) (2+ years)
  • Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong technical support skills with a client-focused approach
  • Teamwork abilities
