As International Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with distributors and retails in the Nordics & Baltics with and executing their 5-year growth roadmap.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and drive growth across the Nordics/ Baltics region.
  • Manage cross functional stakeholders to ensure high quality service and delivery of products to retail partners.
  • Manage and report turnover, sales value, spend and budget across key accounts.
  • Define and implement customer strategy across promotions, pricing and data analytics.
  • Lead the execution of the 5 year growth roadmap for the Nordics & Baltics.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management responsibilities across all functions of the business.


Key Requirements:

  • Track record of European/ Export sales.
  • Experience in managing grocery retailers across Europe.
  • Action and detail orientated to deliver sales and high-quality fulfilment of product to customers.
  • Track record in negotiation, account management, cross functional stakeholder management and a ability to wear multiple hats to execute commercial growth.
  • Commercial & Financial acumen.
