UKG Pro WFM Boomi Integration Developer


Whitehall Resources require a UKG Pro WFM Boomi Integration Developer to work with a key client on an initial 6 month contract.


*This role will involve on site work in Coventry, preferably 2-3 days per week.


*Inside IR35.


UKG Pro WFM Boomi Integration Developer


Role description:

This role is tied up to a largest customer retails/logistics domain in UK. Under this role candidate will do UKG Pro Integration development within the Platform as part of the Implementation.


Key responsibilities:

• Dell Boomi professional certified and must completed the UKG Validation LAB

• Must have experience on the UKG API/Direct API/Public API

• Must have experience in processed TEMPLATES / EXTENSION

• Must have Workforce Pro WFM product knowledge.

• Experience implementing and configuring UKG/Kronos Accruals & Time and attendance modules.

• Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time

• Ability to assess, design, and develop integration meeting customer requirements

• Ability to assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping

• Must be comfortable working within a cloud-based environment

• Manage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources

• Maintain project management tools for all integration projects

• Follow the SDLC process to provide the solution for Interfaces

• Understanding the requirements from the client or from the regional consultants.

• User Acceptance Testing support

• Deploy and release to production environment

• Final hand off to support team


Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications

• Domain knowledge of HCM/WFM is an additional advantage

• Involved in design, build, test, deploy and scheduling the Integration process involving third party systems

• Designed and developed integration using Boomi AtomSphere integration platform or Workforce Integration Manager or similar Integration Tools

• Experience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations would be good to have

• Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be good to have

• Advance Scheduler, Forecasting, Device Manger

• Exposure to architecture skill set

• Ability to assist Services teams with support discovery and scoping.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Good customer interfacing skills
