Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 to 3 days)
Location: Coventry
Contractor Rate: £450 per day
Duration: 6 months
Role Description:
This role involves UKG Pro Integration development within a Platform for a major customer in the retail/logistics domain in the UK. The candidate will work on implementing and configuring UKG Pro solutions, contributing to significant projects with cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Certification in Dell Boomi and completion of the UKG Validation LAB.
- Experience with UKG API/Direct API/Public API.
- Proficiency in processing TEMPLATES/EXTENSIONS.
- In-depth knowledge of Workforce Pro WFM products.
- Implement and configure UKG/Kronos Accruals & Time and Attendance modules.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to achieve project goals.
- Assess, design, and develop integrations that meet customer requirements.
- Assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
- Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.
- Manage integration timelines and notify clients of any changes.
- Maintain project management tools for all integration projects.
- Follow SDLC processes to provide interface solutions.
- Understand client or regional consultant requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing.
- Deploy and release to the production environment.
- Provide final handoff to the support team.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications.
- Domain knowledge of HCM/WFM is advantageous.
- Involved in the design, build, test, deploy, and scheduling of integration processes involving third-party systems.
- Designed and developed integrations using Boomi AtomSphere integration platform or Workforce Integration Manager.
- Proficiency in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.
- Knowledge of REST API, SOAP framework, XML, and Web service design.
- Familiarity with Advanced Scheduler, Forecasting, and Device Manager.
- Exposure to architectural skill sets.

- Ability to assist Services teams with support discovery and scoping.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer interfacing skills.
- Assertive and collaborative with strong team-leading and team member skills.
