Grafton Banks Finance are recruiting for a part-time Accounts Assistant on a long-term, temporary basis. Our client, based in Brighton, seeks temporary support during a busy period. This role will be covering a range of finance administration duties, providing support 6-8 hours per week.
Duties may include:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Monitor and manage company cash flow and financial transactions
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Knowledge of invoicing/bookkeeping, ideally with some experience
- Available to start on short notice
- Ability to commute to Brighton offices
