About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Part Time Credit Controller to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Part Time Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the collections process, allocating collected cash, and resolving accounts queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to discuss outstanding accounts and negotiate payment plans
- Process and allocate collected cash to ensure accurate financial records
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or customer services
- Ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to cover 22-25 hours per week
- Proficiency in accounting software
What We Offer:
FTE salary of £26-28,000
