A lovely Family Office in the Property and Hotel sector are seeking an experienced EA to support Director. This role is office based with 1 day working from home. You will be supporting a busy HNW Director, a lovely and approachable principal who communicates well and who travels regularly around Europe. They are looking for an EA with experience supporting UHNWs in both a Private and Business capacity.
This is a meaty role with lots of responsibilities. On top of EA duties, you might also attend meetings on behalf of the principal, deal with planners, architects and interior designers and provide regular updates on the status of each project. Discretion is key in this role
Duties will include:
Proactively assist with project management by updating project reports and spreadsheets and liaise with relevant point of contacts for updates. Proactively manage Director’s inbox and prepare a weekly to do list with relevant back up on Box/Dropbox. Track these tasks to ensure completion within a timely manner. Proactively manage the diary of the Director and ensure they are aware of their daily schedule. Schedule appointments and facilitate meetings and ensure the Director has all the relevant resources for the meetings. Take minutes at relevant meetings and ensure all actions are being followed up. Manage project budgets and process contractor/supplier payments once relevant approvals have been obtained. Liaising with German/French colleagues in this regard. Event management – assisting with hotel events and staff parties/team gatherings. Effectively manage various paper and electronic files, databases, guest lists, spreadsheets, memberships and subscriptions. Create and edit presentations. Coordinate and manage travel itineraries, hotel and conference/event bookings. Important: dealing with private and confidential information in a discrete and confidential manner.
The ideal candidate:
Will have experience supporting UHNWs Will have supported on the business and private side Will have worked within the property/ hotel sectors Be super personable / client facing
Hours: 9-6pm
