Our client a leading provider in biopharmaceutical logistics, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist.

Your Role This role is critical to our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive training programs for our staff at London Heathrow, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.

Your Responsibilities · Develop, produce, and manage comprehensive training plans for all Company staff, including new hires and current employees.· Create, revise, and enhance training documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring timely updates.· Plan, direct, and coordinate training schedules to meet required effective dates. · Inspire and lead individuals to develop a highly motivated and committed team.· Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to documented processes and identify areas for improvement.· Contribute to long-term planning and initiatives geared towards operational excellence.· Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including QA and HR, to ensure smooth training operations.

Your Skills and Experiences · Experience in conducting training sessions both on-site and remotely.· Proven experience in managing and supervising teams.· Familiarity with import/export, warehouse, and transport operations.· Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.· Strong collaboration and communication abilities.· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.· Broad understanding of regulatory requirements.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (or thereabouts)

Salary up to £35K
