Security Engineer (Installation – CCTV & Access Control) £30,000 - £37,000 DOE. About the Company Join a well-established and growing Fire & Security specialist with over 30 skilled professionals delivering cutting-edge security solutions across the North West and beyond. The business is known for its strong technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, and IP-based security systems, and works across a diverse range of sites including commercial premises, schools, health centres, colleges, and student accommodation. The team prides itself on a collaborative culture, high-quality standards, and continued investment in staff development and the latest technologies. The Role We're looking for a Security Installation Engineer with a strong background in IP CCTV and Access Control systems to join a dynamic regional team. You'll play a key role in installing and commissioning a range of leading security systems across exciting and varied client sites. You'll be working with top manufacturers and technologies including: Galaxy Texecom Hikvision Paxton Nurse Call Systems Most work is regionalbut can include travel from the top end of Birmingham up to Newcastle. Working Hours Standard hours:9:00 am – 5:00 pm(flexibility to start early and finish early) Overtime available– Time & a Half after 40 hours, Double Time on Sundays Travel time : 30 minutes each way unpaid, all other travel time fully paid Package & Benefits Competitive Salary + Overtime + On-Call Allowance OTE:Excellent earning potential Company Vehicle (Van)– available for personal use Fuel card/credit card provided Laptop and Mobile Phone 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme 1 in 8 call-out rota with standby allowance Training & Career Development:Ongoing technical training and opportunities for promotion within a growing business Bonuses & Incentives:Regular performance recognition and rewards What We're Looking For Proven experience installing CCTV (IP preferred) and Access Control systems Strong technical knowledge of the systems listed above Good communication skills and a professional approach on client sites Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Why Join?
