**Job Title: CCTV Intruder Alarm Service and Small Works Engineer**

**Location: Covering the South East**

**Salary: £35,000, plus standby allowance, plus overtime**

**Hours: 40**

**On Call / Standby: 1 week in 4**

**Job Function**:
Our client is one of the UK’s leaders in providing innovative construction and engineering solutions for clients within a variety of sectors including Retail, Health, Education and Commercial.

We are now looking for a suitably qualified CCTV Intruder Alarm Service and Small Works Engineer to undertake, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Maintenance and Small Works, working within the Security team whilst operating in compliance with company policy andprocedure.

**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Always representing the company in a professional and competent manner and developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Delivery of CCTV, Intruder, Access Maintenance and Small Works on site in compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreement and within agreed timescales.
- Liaison with the Service Team always striving to ensure that all works are delivered on time.
- Working on a stand-by rota. Attending corrective calls efficiently.
- Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may occur during service delivery.
- Ensuring company vehicle is kept clean, well maintained, and serviced as required.
- Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Delivery of works in compliance with the clients’ specification and within agreed timescales.
- Quality of work - Achieving completion of monthly planned maintenance works.
- Achieve and maintain 100% H & S and job-related competence.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- You must be ability to maintain and repair a wide range of electronic systems and be competent with **three of the following disciplines**:

- Intruder Systems (Commercial)
- Access Control Systems (Commercial)
- CCTV Systems Analogue & IP (Commercial)
- Ability to work efficiently on your own or as part of a team
- Excellent communicator (both written or verbally)
- Full Driving licence and flexible to travel daily
