We have an exiting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join a facilities management business supervising and leading a small cleaning team based within an office block in Edinburgh.This role will suit someone who has experience of supervising a small team; or an experienced cleaner who is ready to take the next step in their career. Whilst this role is a supervising role, the main duties of the role will involve cleaning alongside your wider team.Equipment and cleaning products are all provided on site.Available Shift Pattern:* 6.30am-3.30pm* Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:
£12.86 per hour
Duties:
* Supervising a small team of cleaners to ensure high standards are being met at all times* Allocation of tasks to the team
* Induction, training and support for new starters
* Vacuuming and cleaning of floor areas.* Dusting and cleaning surfaces* Removal and disposal of litter* Sanitising all areas* Replenishment of soap, toilet rolls and hand towels.The Candidate:* Ability to lead and motivate a team* Previous cleaning experience* Reliable and punctual.* Polite and courteous to all staff and customers.* Prides themselves on the delivery of a high standard of work
This work is temporary until at least November, but could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
