The team is responsible for supporting our customers on their IP journey by reviewing, assessing and processing applications and supporting evidence. Secure Examination Support Administrators are responsible for processing a broad range of administration work to deliver excellent IP Services to our customers. Some elements of the role require higher levels of attendance at the office for completion. Training will be based in the office and successful candidates will need to ensure that for the first 5 weeks of employment, they can attend the office on multiple, consecutive days for consecutive weeks.Some roles may require higher levels of security clearance.Working Style This role will be carried out in-line with IPO Hybrid working arrangements where staff are currently expected to spend at least 20% of their time working onsite from one of our offices.
