As a Class C1 Driver/Labourer, you will be expected to:

  • drive/assist the scaffold team in erection and dismantling of all scaffold operations, including complex design structures - proprietary scaffold systems
  • Carry out scaffolding duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with all applicable legislation
  • take instruction and carry out the operational duties of projects ensuring they are completed in the set timescales
  • Report of any incidents, however minor to your Team Leader and/or Manager immediately
  • Full implementation of risk assessments and method statements
  • assist the team leader and scaffolders in ensuring that all scaffolds are securely fixed to permanent structures and carry out of associated testing of all fixing points
