Description

  • POC for Conference Room queries
  • Complete monthly audits (50% of estate):
  • Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC Completion is to SLA
  • Complete Non Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes to completion and within agreed timescales
  • Maintain End User Guides
  • Contribute to Conference Room Knowledge Management
  • Room adoption - consult on best options
  • Expected to have at least 2 years' experience in a related IT role (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate a level of competency through implementation of medium level fixes
  • Demonstrate that they are multi-disciplined, typically gained through a mixture of formal and on the job training
  • Demonstrate that they have strong inter personal skills and the ability to communicate with customers
  • Demonstrates behavioural competencies associated with frequent change, is customer orientated, versatile and organised
  • Flexibility across Core hours
  • Have full, clean UK Driving Licence
