OCU Energy Services are recruiting a Site Manager to oversee work on HV Substation contracts in the Iver and Slough area.The candidate should have a proven track record of Substation Build and Refurbishment Cabling and Overhead Line work from 66 132kV and managing complex projects within the energy sector specifically in liaising with the National Grid subcontractors and third parties.You should be able to : Site Manage staff and Subcontractors and Produce safety documentation and briefing where required including Risk Assessments Method Statements Permits and Toolbox Talks. Collation of documents and As Build records along with record keeping and report writingRecord Keeping and report writing.Quality Inspections and completion of Inspection and Test PlansOrdering Plant and MaterialsCost and Programme ManagementManagement and Supervision of Temporary WorksRecord Keeping and report writing.Client liaison and coordination/interfacePerform any other duties appropriate for the role.Skills & Qualifications: Current TP137/SR163 qualification.SSEN Cat 3 Authorisation preferred.Recognised Civil or Electrical QualificationCSCS Or EUSR cardTemporary Works Co OrdinatorSMSTS/SSSTSFirst Aid at WorkIT Literacy in Outlook Word ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills ability present to mixed audiencesExcellent time management organisation skills and able to work to deadlines. Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point and Outlook)Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations.
