Your efforts will focus on addressing environmental health challenges and delivering health education and promotion programs tailored to schools and communities.A part of your role will involve site visits to Aboriginal communities where you will learn and assist in implementing a variety of programs such as dog health and breeding control housing maintenance referrals clinical referral programs food and water sampling pest and mosquito control and the Sentinel Chicken Program for infectious disease monitoring.You will learn about developing community Environmental Health programs and other health initiatives. Youll also provide administrative support by preparing and maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.We place a strong emphasis on customer service and you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders offering professional timely and accurate assistance.
