Front of House Team Member Ideal Profile:

  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or similar high-end hospitality environment is preferred

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean and presentable
  • Facilitate a smooth communication flow between guests and other departments to enhance service delivery
  • Manage reservations and maintain up-to-date information on room availability
